The successful candidate will handle a broad range of high-value contentious matters, including complex commercial and corporate disputes, shareholder and joint-venture controversies, cross-border regulatory investigations, and multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration with a frequent PRC nexus. They will work closely with partners to develop litigation strategy, manage proceedings from inception to resolution, and provide commercially focused advice to sophisticated clients including financial institutions, corporates, and boards.
Candidates should be admitted to practice law in Hong Kong and have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution, with demonstrable strength in commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Bilingual ability in English and Chinese Mandarin is essential. The ability to supervise junior lawyers, build client relationships, and contribute to the firm's business development activities is also expected.
