The primary role of the Associate Security Technology Engineer is to support Richemont’s Group Operational Technology/Internet of Things (OT/IoT) security strategy through the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of OT/IoT security technologies across manufacturing and industrial environments. It operates at the intersection of Group Security, Business Owners, and Maison manufacturing teams, ensuring that OT/IoT security capabilities are aligned with operational constraints, risk profiles, and Group security standards, reinforcing accountability within the First Line of Defense (Group Platform & Group Technology).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy and implement OT/IOT security monitoring technologies across manufacturing and operational environments in line with Group Security standards.
  • Act as an operational Group OT security interface for Manufacturing entities and selected Maisons and Group Platforms & Group Technology
  • Execute the Group OT/IOT security strategy by translating defined requirements into operable and scalable security technology solutions.
  • Ensure OT/IOT security monitoring technologies are operational, reliable, and delivering expected services within industrial availability and safety constraints.
  • Operate and manage OT/IOT security technologies within assigned scope, ensuring compliance with Group policies and applicable industry regulations.
  • Contribute to Group‑level security initiatives and projects on the OT/IOT technology track, working with cross‑functional stakeholders across regions and Maisons and Group functions
  • Maintain and update documentation related to OT/IOT security technologies, including deployment, configuration, and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and enablement to internal stakeholders and team members on the use of OT/IOT security technologies in manufacturing environments.
  • Contribute & Supports OT SOC development.
  • Supports CSIRT/FUSION Center, if required, in case of OT/IT incidents.
  • Manage and/or contribute to projects, also outside of the OT/IOT scope, ran by Group Security Technology.
  • Contribute to the general support within Group Security Technology.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in OT/IOT security/systems, evidenced by relevant industry certifications is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in technical engineering and operational experience.
  • Experience in cross-teams projects.
  • Experience in a multinational, global environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux OS environment.
  • Knowledge of Python, or any other programming language is an asset.
  • Knowledge of OT/IoT most common protocols and standards
  • Knowledge of Cloud and Cloud Security.
  • Exposure to industrial environments (manufacturing, production systems, etc.)
  • Experience working with plant engineers, automation teams, or industrial vendors
  • Excellent proficiency in English & French. Fluency in additional languages is a strong asset.
