Associate Scientist II

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform antibody purification and related detection assays (e.g., concentration, purity, endotoxin).
• Conduct cell-based experiments, including eukaryotic cell culture and plasmid transfection.
• Improve and refine laboratory SOPs.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of experimental data.
• Assist in exploratory experiments as required.
• Proactively learn new experimental techniques and take on related responsibilities.
• Comply with company regulations and laboratory SOPs.
• Enhance coordination skills to support the stable operation of the overall laboratory workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences or a related field, with at least one year of work experience.
• Experience in cell culture, antibody expression, or molecular biology is preferred.
• Passion for life science experimentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts in molecular biology.
• Willingness to learn, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in office software and capable of reading technical documents in English.

3.提升并完善实验室岗位的 SOP；
4.确保实验数据的真实；
5.配合完成一些探索性实验；
6.ä¸»åŠ¨å­¦ä¹ æ–°çš„å®žéªŒå²—ä½ï¼›
7.éµå®ˆå…¬å¸è§„ç« åˆ¶å¤‡ä»¥åŠå®žéªŒå®¤ SOP；
8.提升实验室岗位的协调能力来配合整个实验室流程的稳定运行。

1.生命科学相关专业本科以上学历；一年工作经验以上
2.有细胞培养，抗体表达等分子生物学经验者优先；
3.热爱生命科学实验者优先；
4.熟悉分子生物学相关基础知识；
5.æ„¿æ„å­¦ä¹ æ–°çŸ¥è¯†ï¼Œå…·æœ‰å‘çŽ°é—®é¢˜ï¼Œåˆ†æžé—®é¢˜å’Œè§£å†³é—®é¢˜çš„æ„è¯†ï¼›
6.有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
7.熟练使用电脑办公软件以及有一定的英语阅读能力。
