Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Execute laboratory and application work to support fragrance and technology development in Home Care and Air Care
  • Design and run experiments to generate high-quality data and evaluate product performance
  • Adapt testing methods and technologies to develop practical and scalable solutions
  • Contribute to prototype development and innovation through testing and data generation
  • Partner with Perfumery, R&D, and Innovation teams to deliver project objectives
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
  • Support preparation of technical data, protocols, and samples for presentations

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 0–2 years of experience, OR
  • Master’s degree with 0–1 years of experience
  • Hands-on laboratory or application science experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Interest in fragrance performance and product applications

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience with Home Care or Air Care formulations
  • Exposure to fragrance performance testing or evaluation
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques or experimental design
