Slingshot Biosciences is seeking a Flow Cytometry specialist to help us build our next portfolio of products. You will be a key part of the product development process, providing expertise to R&D and Manufacturing. You will also generate publication-quality results for competitive marketing purposes and general publication/release, as well as examining root cause issues related to product complaints.
To be successful in this role, you'll need extensive knowledge of flow cytometry (antibody panel design and data analysis using relevant software) using a variety of instruments, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Proactive communication, diligent execution and documentation of complex workflows, and a highly collaborative mindset will be critical to success. We also place a premium on creativity, intellectual curiosity, flexibility, resiliency, drive, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
This is a full-time, on-site, 3-month contract position at Slingshot's headquarters in Emeryville, CA, reporting to the technical lead of our Flow Cytometry function. For the successful candidate, this will be a fantastic opportunity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a chance to deliver products that will positively impact human health.
