What awaits you:
·Manage and track supplier performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality parts to Kautex.
·Apply standardized tools and methodologies (e.g., supplier capability assessments, supplier performance reviews, requalification audits, 8D reviews, BCAQ, …) to enable sufficient preparation, execution, and maintenance of quality improvement actions at the supply base.
·Carry out component APQP for components that are launched in the assigned programs including identification and escalation of potential roadblocks.
·Act as a partner for the assigned suppliers to improve supplier development and to foster close collaboration.
·Support the regional SBD leads and strategic buyers in assessing potential new suppliers.
·Manage quality complains in business CAQ and share supplier issues that could affect other plants & programs.
·Support and track supplier 8Ds through to completion (including verification of corrective actions
·Support and track supply base on site (regularly business trips)
What you’ll need to succeed:
·Working experience in quality management and supply quality assurance (1 year or internship)
·Experience in automotive industry (1 year or internship)
·Experience with OEM Q-systems and requirements
·Engineering background (can read drawing and understand specifications)
