Job Description

Devsinc is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and customization of Salesforce applications, assisting in the implementation of CRM solutions that help drive our business objectives. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Support configuration, integration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and assist in system testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and Salesforce data model.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in Salesforce development is a plus.
• Salesforce Developer certification is desirable but not mandatory.
