Where You'll Make a Difference

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide product/service information and resolve basic customer issues or escalate when needed.
• Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
• Support customer onboarding, follow‑ups, and satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely customer responses.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested by management.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
• Support procurement activities such as requesting quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• You are a professional with an administration background
• Higher Qualification, BA in HR related field or administration background
• 3-5 Years experience
• You are fluent in English language
