Job Description Summary:

The Sales Services Associate is a member of the Sales Services team within the Sales Division of KISS. This role supports the planning and execution of functional sales support areas to ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration among sales, business divisions, and other cross-functional internal teams. The associate is responsible for maintaining account documentation, supporting meeting and trade show event coordination, processing department invoices, and assisting with other sales services activities, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.

Job Description:

• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Business Divisions to plan and execute industry trade show participation, retail trade show engagements, meetings and events. Responsibilities include placing product orders, collateral materials, booth furnishings, graphics, décor, videos, registering the company and staff, arranging and managing food and beverage service, securing meeting room reservations, collecting presentations, and performing various tasks related to comprehensive planning and execution.
• Ensure Retail Account Dossiers and other administrative sales documentation is maintained by Sales Directors as changes in retail account staff, terms, and conditions occur. Monitor dossier compliance and work with the Sales Directors to maintain required documentation on points of distribution, SKU mix, headquarter profiles, buyer changes, and other account related information.
• Maintain the Promotional Planning Calendar to accurately reflect account-specific programs, ensuring all changes are incorporated in a timely manner.
• Support the annual department budget planning process with budget code creation in SmartOffice / Concur. Monitor Retail Account and Retail Engagement & Services spend vs budget monthly to ensure budgets are not overspent.
• Process invoices in a timely manner to ensure on-time payments. Coordinate with accounting department to ensure timely processing and payment, preventing any late fees. Set up new vendors as needed, ensuring payment terms are in accordance with contracts.
• Support Broker Contract renewal process. Maintain Broker contract tracker and shared file. Maintain monthly broker commission payment reporting to ensure commission caps are not exceeded.
• Assist Sales Directors with Retail Account prepack display set up process.
• Process invoices for national and account specific coupon charges from the clearing house. Maintain coupon tracker to monitor spending and ensure invoices align with planned campaigns. Work with Business Divisions to collect and submit new product information to be added to our product catalogue to the clearing house. Publish coupon spend report to Marketing and Sales.

The anticipated compensation range is

20.00 - 32.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
