What You Will Do  

Asa SpineEnabling Technologies Associate Sales Representative, you will support the strategic promotion and sales of Stryker's Enabling Technologies and orthopedic solutionsto meet customer needs and drive business growth. In this medical device salesrole,you’llthrive in a fast-paced environment and find meaning in delivering cutting-edgetechnologythat’smaking healthcare better

• Systematically track your sales performance and territory progress towardquota, andcollaborate closely with your Regional ManagerandsupportingSales Representativesto exceed your goals.

• Conduct product evaluationsin Operating Room (OR)and clinical office settings, persuasivelydemonstratingthe clinical and economic value of Stryker productsto healthcare professionals.

• Use your productexpertiseand fast thinking to solve real-time issues and educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on the correct use and maintenance of our spine and enabling technologies

• Maintain and manage your sample product inventorywith precision, ensuringyou'realways prepared to support our customers when they need it most.

• Provide territory coverageas needed, which presents opportunities togrowyour sales acumen and expand your responsibilities.

What You Need  

Required:

• BachelorsDegree

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience in medical device salesor business-to-business (B2B) sales

Additional Information  

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

• Musthave a valid driver's license

• Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

• This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.

$60,000.00 - $66,000.00 USD Annual
