Base Salary: $70,000 + $10,000 Commission Opportunity
Medela is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Associate Sales Representative to support our Maternal and NICU sales team across a large East Coast territory spanning from Maine to Florida. What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Sales Representative, you'll work closely with our Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers to support hospitals, healthcare providers, and customers throughout the territory.
Responsibilities include:
Participating in field rides and customer visits to learn the sales process from the ground up
Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training
Supporting product trials, installations, and customer implementations
Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Assisting with strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Staying informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Traveling approximately 85% of the time throughout the assigned territory
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B or healthcare-related sales
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or CRM systems is a plus
