We are looking for a motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in the Benelux region. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and revenue growth within the Benelux region.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the small and mid-market segment.
  • Support Senior Sales Representatives in managing the sales process and customer portfolio.
  • Build a strong foundation in sales processes, customer management, and territory development to prepare for future Sales Representative roles.

Key Tasks

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Support Senior Sales Representatives with administrative and commercial activities, including: CRM updates and data management. Quote preparation and follow-up. Customer communication and follow-up. Pipeline management and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Continuously develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the region.

Primary

  • New business opportunities generated.
  • Qualified pipeline creation.
  • Revenue contribution from new customers.
  • Sales target achievement.

Secondary

  • CRM data quality and accuracy.
  • Timely follow-up of leads and customer requests.
  • Support provided to Senior Sales Representatives.
  • Personal development and progression toward a Sales Representative role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Some previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with customer-facing sales activities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in sales.
