GlideScope®:
We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties.
BFlex™:
We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industry’s first total airway solution.
Responsibilities
How will you add Value?
- Be a Trusted Partner: As a Verathon Associate Sales Representative, you will be assigned to work with a Territory Manager in a specific sales region, assisting in strategically promoting and selling Verathon's Airway portfolio to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in various settings, such as the Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Units (ICU), Emergency Departments (ED), and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) environments, while effectively demonstrating the value of our products.
- Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will help manage your assigned territory and work towards exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. You will pursue new leads and assess customer needs to maximize sales and meet quotas.
- Understand your Market: You will gain hands-on experience and training in product and clinical knowledge, account management, sales strategies, business skills, hospital protocols, and compliance standards. You will continuously deepen your knowledge of the entire product portfolio, staying informed about product updates, clinical studies, and competitor offerings to communicate product benefits and differentiate them in the marketplace effectively.
- Build and Strengthen Relationships: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as clinicians, key opinion leaders, and health system partners, as well as foster and fortify relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer care, marketing, and commercial operations.

The Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working in emergency room and operating room environments
- Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
- Willingness and ability to spend up to 90% of your time in the field, including some weekends and overnight travel (5-7 nights on average per month), which may include travel outside assigned territory to attend annual sales meetings, regional meetings and/or medical education events, as needed
- Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license, as well as have a personal vehicle to transport product inventory to customer locations
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must reside within the Atlanta area
The Benefits of Working with Us
- Base Salary. $75,000
- Additional Commission Potential. $20,000 (This is based on 100% attainment of sales targets and regional quota performance. Actual earned variable compensation may be lower dependent on target and quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, variable will be pro-rated based on start date and quota.)
