This role is part of Alcon's Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channelsin an effort todrive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.
The Associate I, Sales Operations (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for supporting sales operations and performance by administering processes, aiding insales planning, and budgeting, andmaintainingdatabase tools.You will also develop complex reports and resolve inquiries. Specifics include:
Administer sales operation processes to drive sales goals and attend to sales order management
Facilitate client transition and onboarding processes
Achieve data accuracy and efficiency in account reconciliation whilemaintainingdatabase tools and applications
Provide support for sales planning processes, budget, and support enhancement of sales operations and effectiveness
Assistin evaluating business processes, recommend changes, and create business procedures and sales operation protocols
Administer sample and demo management, including tracking and documentation
Administer tender, sales contracts, quotations, price setting, purchase orders, and payments
Assistsales incentive reporting and recognition
Whatyou’llbring to Alcon:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketingrelated field.
2-yearexperience insales administration and sales operations,at least.
Good English communication
Microsoft Office user,familiar withExcel
Familiar with Salesforce systems
Good people skills and negotiation ability
Good organizational skill andtime management.
