Job Responsibilities

• Manage salesmen to achieve sales target in terms of volume and revenue in drugstore Open Trade Channel

• Build business and sustain relationship with key customer(s) and influence decision to drive for win-win results

• Maximize visibility and POP execution effectiveness

• Distributor Management, jointly work with distributor to drive business of key customers

• Co-develop sales strategies and tactics with distributor(s) to drive demand across channels

• Conduct regular review with distributor(s)

• Review capability of distributor(s), assess their business process and drive execution

• Monitor distributor KPI achievement and seek continuous improvement

• Perform forecasting activities to ensure supply

Requirements: Education and Experience

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

• 7 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, key account and distributor management experience is a plus

• Proactive, self-driven with strong business acumen

• Mature and dynamic characters

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good at numerical analysis

• Good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint

• Proficient in Chinese and English
