Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do:

The primary focus of this role is to drive student conversions from the assigned region. The position involves close coordination with partners, assisting them on the CourseFinder.ai platform, and maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes collaboration with Business Units and the Finance Team, ensuring timely onboarding, invoicing, and achieving Student Conversion target from Inactive / New Onboarded Partners of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive student conversions from the assigned region.

• Ensure timely onboarding of leads and ensure they are well-versed with the CourseFinder.ai platform.

• Close coordination with partners for lead nurturing and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and maintain documentation.

• Achieving Inactive / New Onboarded student conversion target from the assigned regions

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in inside sales/Telesales.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.

• Good verbal and written communication skills for international partner coordination.

• Strong interpersonal, ownership, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
