We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates to join our RPA Development Team as Associate RPA Developer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about enterprise technology to gain hands-on experience automating business processes using RPA technologies, with a focus on UiPath and Power Automate. The RPA Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing automation solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Please note this is an onsite position based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and other manual processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents, solution architecture, and deployment guides.
  • Configure and deploy software robots (bots) to execute automation workflows in production environments.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT operations, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of RPA solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies, particularly UiPath and Power Automate, and leverage them to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using RPA solutions effectively.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or M.C.A
  • Quick learner with strong technical ability
  • Attention to detail in monitoring and documentation
  • Comfort with multi-domain technology exposure
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English
  • Collaboration — works well within a senior team
  • Ability to follow structured runbooks and escalation paths

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of any programming (C, Dot Net, Java, or Python) & database concepts
  • Strong Logical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good understanding of fundamental concepts in RPA, AI & ML
  • Hands on experience in UiPath RPA tool.
  • Good to have knowledge in Power Automate
  • Certification in UiPath or power automate would be an added advantage.
