Associate Risk Director
Location: The role is hybrid to one of our offices: Manchester, Stoke, Peterborough, Tunbridge Wells or London
We are looking for an Associate Risk Director will play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team to manage and mitigate risk across the organisation.
The role contributes directly to the delivery of the Group Risk & Compliance function’s objectives and wider departmental strategy by helping to shape, embed and continuously improve the Group’s risk management framework, oversight model, governance arrangements and strategic risk agenda.
Reporting to the Group Risk Director, the role provides senior support and additional capacity to strengthen second-line oversight, enhance the quality of risk insight and challenge provided to the business, and support delivery of the department’s priorities across governance and risk maturity.
This position will support the Group in developing robust risk management strategies and fostering a strong culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making across the business.
