We are looking for an electronics engineer to join our development team working on the integration of RF and Bluetooth solutions into our hearing aid chipset. If you are motivated by advanced technology and enjoy working with skilled and supportive colleagues, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you will contribute to next-generation wireless solutions for hearing aids as part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across chip design, system integration, and product development, helping deliver solutions that make a real difference for people with hearing loss.
From day one, you will be trusted with meaningful tasks and supported by experienced colleagues who will help you learn and grow. We do not expect you to know everything from the start. What matters is your curiosity, your ability to learn, and your motivation to take increasing responsibility as you mature into the role.
The Team
The team focuses on integrating RF and Bluetooth functionality into our chipset and into the hearing aid products that use it. You will be part of a broader R&D organization of more than 1,000 specialists across electronics, mechanics, software, acoustics, and other disciplines, all working together to develop world-class hearing solutions.
While the team includes strong RF expertise, this position is primarily focused on general electronics engineering tasks related to integration and system performance You will work with areas such as digital interfaces, crystal oscillators, power distribution, PSRR, signal integrity, and DC-DC conversion. There will also be opportunities for hands-on lab work and selected RF-related activities.
We are also exploring how large language models (LLMs) and AI can support development in R&D, so an interest in these areas would be a plus.
You will also be part of one of our competence teams. These teams bring together engineers, specialists, and lead developers to strengthen shared tools, processes, development practices, and knowledge within their competence areas. This gives you access to a strong professional community, room to learn, and clear opportunities to develop your skills over time.
Your main responsibilities
You will have responsibility from day one, but always with support around you. As you grow into the role, your responsibility will increase, and you will have the opportunity to develop within one or more technical areas and gradually become one of our future experts.
Your profile
We expect you to have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and an interest in developing your skills across multiple areas. This role is well suited for a recent graduate or an engineer with a few years of experience, where motivation, talent, and learning ability are more important than deep specialization. You will get the freedom to learn, ask questions, and build your expertise step by step while contributing to real product development.
Ideally, you have experience with or interest in:
Knowledge of radio regulatory requirements is considered an advantage, but it is not a key requirement for this role.
