Entrust is seeking a highly motivated Assoicate Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to join our Marketing Operations Team. This is an entry-level role designed for analytical, detail-oriented individuals who want to build a career in data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, pipeline analytics, and revenue optimization.

As a global leader in identity, payments, and data protection, Entrust operates in complex, high-growth markets. This role will directly support our ability to generate, convert, and retain revenue across priority identity and security solutions.

This role supports two core pillars:

  • Demand Generation

  • Product Marketing (Product, Trials, and Retention)

You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to translate data into insights that drive measurable pipeline impact, improve conversion rates, and optimize product performance

Location US Eastern or Central Time Zone (remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Demand Generation:

  • Improve campaign performance versus pipeline and conversion targets across segments and regions

  • Identify optimization opportunities (targeting, messaging, channel mix) and work with Marketing to drive campaign improvements

  • Drive improvements to funnel progression (MQL → AEQL → Closed Won) to identify bottlenecks and better conversion

  • Partner with Sales to address stalled leads and improve follow-up velocity

  • Deliver weekly insight summaries highlighting drivers of pipeline, underperformance, and recommended actions

2. Product Marketing:

  • Analyze win/loss and customer feedback to identify trends impacting product-market fit and win rates

  • Track and run go to market trials and surface friction points

  • Monitor product retention and expansion trends to identify churn risks and growth opportunities

  • Partner cross-functionally (Product Marketing, Product, CS, Sales) to translate insights into actions

  • Maintain data quality across CRM, trial, and feedback systems and deliver clear weekly recommendations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize insights clearly

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)

  • US Candidates--Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US 

  • UK Candidates--Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates)

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)

  • Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or payments industries

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $63,941-$93,781 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
