Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of protocols involved in the collection, processing, and analysis of fetal, infant and maternal physiology and sleep data. The candidate will also be involved in the support of research, including grant submissions, on the effects multiple prenatal exposures on maternal/fetal and neonatal physiology and neurodevelopmental delay. Additionally, the candidate will attend multiple weekly meetings as applicable to the projects that s/he is involved with and conduct relevant literature/background searches as necessary for data/study analysis.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in signal processing of maternal and infant physiological signals (heart rate, respiration EEG) is required.
  • Experience in sleep research is required (use of wearable devices).
  • Experience with grant and manuscript writing is required.
  • Premedical coursework and experience in psychobiology research required.
