About the Job

As an Associate Research Manager,you will lead the delivery of high-quality research projects that help clients understand people,brandsand markets. Working with colleagues across functions, you will manage project execution, ensure researchexcellenceand translate data into meaningful insights.

You will play a key role in coordinating project activities,maintainingquality standards and developing compelling deliverables that support client decision-making. The role combines project leadership, analyticalthinkingand storytelling, while providing opportunities to contribute to capability building and continuous improvement

KeyJob Roles

  • Leadthe delivery of research projects from project set-up through reporting, ensuring timelines, quality standards and clientobjectivesare met.

  • Review data outputs and project materials to ensure accuracy,consistencyand methodological rigour.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across accounts,operationsand specialist teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Translateresearchobjectivesinto effective project approaches, questionnaires, discussionguidesand deliverables.

  • Analysefindings and develop clear insight-led recommendations that address client business questions.

  • Createcompelling reports and presentations that communicate findings in a concise and engaging manner.

  • Has command responsibility on the proper implementation of all assigned projects from questionnaire design, fieldwork, data processing, statistical testing, analysis, presentation and up to documentation.

  • Support the development of junior team members by sharingexpertise, providingguidanceand promoting best practices.

Role Requirements

  • At leastthree(3)years’work experience, in quantitative research. 

  • College degree in any of the following – Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication,Managementor any related discipline. 

  • Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage. 

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint,Exceland Word 

  • Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity. 

  • Good networking skills and service orientation. 

  • Innovative,adaptableand flexible. 

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written. 

  • Good presentation skills 

  • A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details
