Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, container loads are maximized, and orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner. Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders, including external vendors, to meet customer expectations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with international customers, manufacturers and service
partners to ensure smooth cargo flow from origin to destination.
Plan shipments effectively to optimize container and equipment
utilization.
Meet operational KPIs aligned with global performance standards.
Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Good command of English Language. Familiar with PC applications and MS Office tools. School leavers with a Mathematics or Commerce background are encouraged to apply.
