Job Description

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and developing relationships with financial institutions and capital market clients. Your primary objective is to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales and business growth. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the financial institutions and capital market segments.
  • Identify and understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive sales through proactive client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, highlighting the value proposition of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Support the overall business growth strategy and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong network and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry developments.
