Business Function

Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of corporate banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, foreign exchange as well as capital market and investment banking products.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients within various of industries including Telecommunications, Media and Tech (TMT), Consumer Products, Industrials, Real Estate sectors., etc.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, credit evaluation, and prepare high-quality credit proposals for credit committee approval.
• Assist in structuring tailored financial solutions, including but not limited to debt financing, working capital and trade financing, treasury products, and capital markets advisory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the bank's presence and market share in the target industries and segments.
• Maintain strong relationships and daily contact with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's strategic initiatives within the assigned market segment.
• Monitor client portfolios, perform regular credit reviews, and proactively manage credit risk in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal product partners, such as Cash Management, Trade Finance, Treasury, Industry Bankers and Capital Markets to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify business opportunities and support pitch preparation.
• Represent the bank to participate in industry events, client meetings, and other stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, credit analysis, or financial services with exposure to the TMT sector being highly advantageous.
• Strong financial analytical and credit assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional and dynamic team environment, and effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with all corporate banking products, credit processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
