A leading international business group, with a significant presence and a vast network of local contacts in numerous key jurisdictions worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join its Regulation Department.

The company provides its clients with a range of legal, regulatory, corporate, operational and business oriented solutions and services.

While the company supports both online and offline businesses, its primary expertise and passion lie in the fields of financial institutions, online trading, gaming, blockchain and digital assets (crypto currencies), payments, online marketing, and more.

This individual will be responsible for helping to drive the growth of our products and services through effective knowledge of the laws and regulations, license terms and legal environment in our fields of expertise, in the relevant territories.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with potential agents and partners in various industries and territories, and increase the number of its offers, products and services.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
3. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry changes that may impact the firm's services, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
4. Regulatory consult to clients.
5. Educate other departments in the organization and its clients (writing ongoing updates and articles) about new products and services.
6. Regulatory Due Diligence in clients’ M&A transactions.
7. Overseeing the application process of new licenses with the relevant regulatory bodies, and ongoing relationships with regulators.
8. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the firm's client base and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications:

1. Lawyer (admission to Israeli Bar), no experience is required
2. Familiarity with the online trading/gaming/blockchain industry - an advantage.
3. A very organized person, with the ability to consume and maintain a large amount of information, procedures and contacts in many territories.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (both written and verbally) with sophisticated clients and regulatory bodies’ representatives.
5. Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Team player who knows how to work in a team in order to bring greater value to the table.
7. The ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Fluent English. Additional Foreign languages – an advantage
