
The Associate Regional Compliance Officer (ARCO), Jefferson Health- Thomas Jefferson University Hospital will be responsible for supporting the Regional Compliance Officer (RCO) in the oversight of all compliance activities, functions, and initiatives related to the development, implementation, oversight, and maintenance of the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Programs, specifically the prevention of fraud, waste and abuse. The ARCO position is responsible for managing and implementing specific compliance workplan initiatives, corporate-wide information governance initiatives, implementing necessary policies and procedures, and enterprise-wide risk assessments, auditing, monitoring, and training activities designed to manage, eliminate, or reduce risks. This position is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders and senior leaders to implement elements of the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program to ensure regulatory compliance affecting Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
