What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source, interview, and place candidates into new roles
  • Build and nurture client and candidate relationships
  • Establish new relationships and grow your business through business development
  • Learn and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Hit clear placement and revenue targets with guidance and support

  • Some sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
