Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities, including financial modeling, transaction structuring, and strategic scenario analysis.
Manage financial and operational due diligence processes for acquisitions, identifying risks, opportunities, and value creation drivers.
Prepare and present investment cases, analyses, and recommendations to Investment Committees and senior stakeholders.
Develop investor-facing materials and maintain relationships with investors, sellers, advisors, and other market participants.
Lead complex acquisition processes from initial assessment through execution and closing.
Collaborate with Asset Management and cross-functional teams to refine business assumptions, investment structures, and portfolio strategies, while supporting the structuring of investment vehicles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Economics, or related fields; postgraduate studies in Finance are a plus.
5–7 years of experience in real estate investment funds, private equity real estate, investment management.
Advanced expertise in financial modeling, accounting, investment structuring, corporate finance, and risk analysis.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, investment vehicles, acquisitions, and transaction execution processes.
Advanced English proficiency, combined with strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
