What You Will Do

• Assist in structuring and negotiating complex real estate finance transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support client objectives.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate financing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions for clients.
• Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the transaction process.
• Stay updated on market trends and legal developments affecting real estate finance.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred

• Experience in a law firm environment or a corporate legal department.

Compensation and Benefits
