We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as an Associate Quality Compliance Engineer

The Audit & Compliance function ensures industry quality requirements are clearly understood and translated into robust and compliant internal processes. This includes key activities such as auditing, implementation of industry requirements and development of internal procedures.

The Associate Quality Compliance Engineer will be responsible for supporting the application of industry standards to ensure compliance with legal, quality and customer requirements.

You will assist in resolving audit and Quality Management System (QMS) related activities and participate in local quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the Quality function.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and update of global Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Assist with reviewing customer notifications and supplier communications, helping to coordinate follow-up actions where required.
  • Learn about audit and quality processes by supporting the review of audit findings and non-conformities under guidance from experienced team members.
  • Participate in departmental improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
  • Carry out additional administrative and quality-related tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Higher education Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or production environments through internships, placements, or university laboratories.
  • Some knowledge of aerospace industry and/or auditing process will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity. Experience in using Power App and/or Power Automate is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documentation and data.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Action oriented and “can-do” attitude.
  • High-level command of English, both verbal and written.
