
Reporting to the PVA Manager, the Associate PVA Manager serves as a working, execution focused leader responsible for daily operational oversight and delivery for an assigned customer account. This role combines hands on PVA execution with associate level leadership to ensure workflow continuity, adherence to established processes, and achievement of defined service and performance expectations. Formal employment decisions, including hiring, termination, compensation actions, performance management, and talent planning, are owned by the PVA Manager. The Associate Manager supports these activities through frontline coaching, documentation, and escalation of issues as appropriate.
Responsibilities
Execute PVA responsibilities as defined within assigned customer workflows.
Own daily operational execution and performance delivery for a designated customer account.
Coordinate workload, schedules, and task prioritization to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer requirements.
Monitor frontline operations to ensure compliance with established processes, service standards, and customer expectations.
Identify operational risks, issues, or gaps and escalate to the PVA Manager as appropriate.
Provide real-time coaching and guidance to PVAs to support consistent execution and adherence to standards.
Track, compile, and report operational and performance metrics to the PVA Manager.
Partner with the PVA Manager to address escalations and support continuous improvement efforts.
Own and maintain tactical documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for assigned accounts.
Support the standardization and improvement of processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
Execute HR and administrative processes as defined, including documentation support and coordination activities.
Provide input and documentation related to employee performance observations to support manager led performance discussions.
Escalate any hiring, termination, compensation decisions, formal performance management, and talent planning responsibilities to the PVA manager as necessary.
Support people leadership through coaching, documentation, training coordination, and issue escalation.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support OR high school diploma and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Ability to present information to leaders either in a one on one or group presentation setting.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and creating pivot tables.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Willing to travel up to 20% of time for business purposes.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,000.00 - $128,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
