Eram Talent is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Associate Publication Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging layouts and designs for publications, ensuring that each piece effectively communicates our message and resonates with our audience. You will work closely with editors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute design concepts for various formats, including magazines, reports, brochures, and digital publications.

As an Associate Publication Designer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute creatively to our projects and showcase your design skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and layout publications, including magazines, reports, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the editorial team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Develop creative design concepts that align with brand guidelines
• Utilize typography, imagery, and graphics effectively to enhance the overall presentation
• Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy and quality
• Stay updated on design trends to continuously improve layout and design techniques
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of final designs
• Prepare and export files for print and digital formats

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in publication design or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong design portfolio showcasing publication designs
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly
