Associate Project Manager

Already managing projects without the title?

Not every Project Manager starts their career in project management.

Your current job title might not include the words "Project Manager", but if you're coordinating people, planning work, solving problems and ensuring things get delivered, you're already doing many of the things great Project Managers do every day.

As an Associate Project Manager within our Maritime business, you'll support projects that help deliver critical maritime capabilities and contribute to national security. Working alongside engineers, scientists and experienced project professionals, you'll gain exposure to innovative programmes, advanced technologies and complex engineering challenges.

This isn't about arriving as a fully formed Project Manager. It's about bringing your transferable skills and developing them within a business committed to your growth. Through structured development, mentoring and hands-on experience, we'll help you build the skills and confidence to progress your career in project management.

You may currently work in:

• Operations or service delivery
• Engineering or technical coordination
• Resource planning
• Customer or account management
• Manufacturing or production
• Logistics and supply chain
• Defence, public sector or emergency services
• Team leadership or supervisory positions
