In this role, you'll:


We are seeking an Associate Project Manager – Tech Delivery to support the coordination and delivery of high-volume workplace technology initiatives across multiple sites.

This role is responsible for managing a large pipeline of requests, prioritising competing demands, and coordinating end-to-end delivery of IT services such as AV solutions, meeting room fit-outs, and workplace technology deployments.

You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to scope, procure, and implement technical solutions, ensuring governance and quality standards are met. As part of a busy and fast-paced team, you will play a key role in enabling technology solutions for new and existing workplaces.

About you


The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on project coordination or project management experience, with strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

You are confident managing a high volume of requests, setting priorities, and working across multiple concurrent deliverables in a demanding environment. Experience working with vendors, coordinating delivery, and supporting technology implementations (e.g. AV, workplace tech, or infrastructure) is highly desirable.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable supporting broader teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
