The position

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will participate in IO initiatives and projects, ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support. Dive deep into SCM O2C processes to analyse and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency. Conduct operational reviews for affiliates, providing updates on KPIs, process improvements, and challenges.

  • Drive standardisation and optimisation of processes across regions, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Provide reporting support to enable key decisions within the supply chain.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop project scope, objectives, and risk management plans, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify potential obstacles, formulate strategies to overcome them, and manage project risks effectively.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who can bring the following to the table:

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and project delivery and Subject matter expertise in O2C
  • Hands-on, end-to-end O2C experience.
  • Proficient in SAP/ S4 HANA modules SD and FI.
  • Strong problem-solving and implementation of that solution across the O2C value chain.
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven client-management capability.
  • Experience supporting and driving Global project rollouts and supporting operations.
  • Drive month-end closing activities and operational tasks, including solution testing and technical rollout support.
  • Experience driving standardization and optimization within a team.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT team and resources for project execution.
  • Working on contributing to ERP projects.
  • Experience developing project scope and objectives, timeline assessment, engaging stakeholders, and assessing technical feasibility.
  • Project risk management experience and familiarity with working in an ART (Agile Release Train) setup.

You will be part of IO SC Operation I - GBS Supply Chain, based in Bangalore. Our team is responsible for all steps involved in getting products from production units to customers, including inventory planning, movement, storage, and customs management. We focus on designing future end-to-end supply chains, developing global and regional strategies, and improving processes to create value for Novo Nordisk and the patients we serve. The atmosphere is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation.
