The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Capable to handle Large, Middle and Small Size project as local site project leader.
• Capable to handle Middle and Small Size project as global project leader
• Lead PPCM for changes on released product to improvement product performance, cost…
• Accountable for Product Requirement Definition, project scope, project milestone, project risk assessment, product cost, business case, etc..
• Execute effective Communication and professional Stakeholder Management
• Support Application engineering, sales and marketing team to fulfill customer requirement
  
  
  

What we look for

• Bachelor Degree or Master in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Optical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years working experience for bachelor or >3 years working experience for master in LED, Electrical, Semiconductor, Automotive related industry. Working experience in LED industry is preferred.
• Min. 1 year of project management experience in high-tech/ semiconductor or related industry. PMP certification is preferred. Experience leading subcon projects is an advantage.
• Essential PM or other equivalent training conducted.
• Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.
• Excellent Leadership capabilities; Excellent Creativity; Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills; Excellent Written Report and Presentation Skills; Excellent Self Continuous Learning behavior
• Capable to communicate in English with global team. Excellent in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
• Willing to share experience within team and R&D to guide fresh colleague grow.
