As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
Update daily status reports and hot sheets, schedule internal meetings, prepare andmaintaintimelinesand project estimates with the guidance of senior team members.
Manage andmaintainmeeting notes.
Work with the finance team toinitiatenew jobs and participate in internal billing meetings.
Balance priorities across various disciplines, ensuring deadlines are met and on budget
Proactively problem solve capacity,timingand scoping issues
Partner with the project management team to understand andoptimize(when needed) processes, tools, etc.
Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations.
Assistwith management, qualityassuranceand delivery of all final campaignassets inprepared for trafficking and launch.
Report to one of our Project Management leaders.
Qualifications
You have:
0-2 years of experience, ideally within an integrated agency environment.
Experience workingwithinMicrosoftExcela plus.
Theannualsalary range for this position is $54,000 - $56,000Placement within the salary rangeis based on a variety of factors,including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.
