We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager (LANGUAGE SERVICES) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing
Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
Your profile
+3 years of experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services.
Experience with Life Sciences translation projects (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical, or biotech) a PLUS
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other document formats (e.g., PDFs, XML, PowerPoint).
