As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the execution of commercialization projects that bring new and improved products to market. You’ll work closely with R&D, operations, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Roskam’s standards of quality and efficiency.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in project management and the product commercialization process.

Key Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Support the end-to-end management of commercialization projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or the Director of Commercialization.

  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines using established templates and tools.

  • Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and the completion of Stage Gate documentation.

  • Track project milestones, flag risks, and assist in developing contingency plans.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for quality, cost, and timing.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by capturing learnings and proposing process enhancements.

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication across departments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Strong interest in project management and commercialization processes.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus
