Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education. Arthrex Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Associate to join our AV Technologies team. In this role, you will provide oversight through prioritization, planning, and successful delivery of Media Production and Audio-Visual projects for Medical Education, Product Management, Marketing, Human Resources and other departments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of AV Technologies. This position will be located at our Naples, FL campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with departments and business units to develop project objectives.
  • Participate in planning sessions to define project goals and requirements.
  • Maintain project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and stepping in to assist with prioritization, decision making and resolving risks or obstacles.
  • Provide project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee completion of digital asset requests acting as the liaison between the requester, Marketing PMO team and other teams ensuring adherence to Arthrex guidelines.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to drive continuous process improvement initiatives; create and communicate compelling continuous improvement business cases.
  • Develop relationships with other departments to align on goals.
  • Explore and recommend tools to improve AVT workflows and establish best practices for project management in the AVT department.
  • Ensure project documents are complete and accurate.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of AVT processes.

Skills:

  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee AVT projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Skills in portfolio planning, reporting, and developing AVT strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of AVT assets, from conception to completion.
  • Ability to analyze current processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
