What You'll Do:
• Manage short (1-4 week) proposal development projects from start to finish involving multiple team members representing different departments based across multiple time zones globally
• Use our web-based sales and project management tools to coordinate the proposal development process, including writing, editing, review, and online submission
• Submit proposals and additional supporting documentation via online portals according to guidelines
• Ensure that all proposals are delivered on time and within budget and specification
• Schedule and lead project initiation, planning and status meetings and send ongoing communications to the project team and outside partners related to program goals and status
• Serve as point of contact for external freelancers/partners to obtain materials necessary to perform their project-relates tasks
• Complete other responsibilities, as assigned

Required Education:
• Bachelor Degree required; PMI certification a plus
Required Years of Experience:
-Up to two years’ proposal, project and process management experience required; within the publishing, internet technologies, healthcare or medical education environment a plus
Desired Skills:
• Experience with continuing medical education materials a plus
• High professionalism, ability to work independently, and easy rapport in building collaborative work relationships
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills and possess an eye for details
• Ability to provide creative solutions independently or within a team dynamic as issues arise
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, and grammar skills
• Above average ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with web-based document sharing sites (such as Box, SPO) and web-based project management tools (such as Workfront) a plus
Desired Education:
-PMI certification a plus
Salary range $63,500 - $68,000
