About this role

Automated Logic in Kennesaw has a great opportunity for someone who has construction experience to move into project management. This person will work closely with a Project Manager and assist with projects that focus on the installation of Building Management Systems in Data Centers in the USA and Europe. Work in our office and onsite at our customers. You would be required to travel 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets in conjunction with Project Manager
• Proactive project planning and scheduling
• Effective cash flow management
• Interact with subcontractors on actions
• Communication and documentation on projects to stakeholders
• Enforce operation principles and policies in the project execution team
• Cross-functional interaction with project team to meet deadlines

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years plus of experience in construction

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Building electrical and mechanical systems applications
• Understand construction contracting processes
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (writing and verbally)
• Computer literate
• Team leadership
