As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful projects by supporting end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution. How you’ll make an impact

  • Support and guide project teams with clear goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate project activities to meet scope, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress and identify risks or improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to contract coordination with customers and stakeholders.
  • Help ensure compliance with customer requirements and deliverables.
  • Build strong working relationships across project teams.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy Project Management Certification within 3 years.
  • Experience coordinating projects, including scope, cost, and schedules.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and locations.
  • Familiarity with SAP, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.
