Job Description

• Fully assess client’s need, collect and manage all stakeholders’ expectation, determines bundle project scope, develops a preliminary plan of all services involved, and determines project specifications such as schedule, milestone, and sample requirements
• Collect samples/information requirement and determine optimized samples transportation plan
• Organize kick-off meeting by Initiate communication between clients, engineering team, sales team, GMA team and other stakeholders
• Establish effective communication management throughout project, including collect and distribute appropriate project update such as weekly project status update, make sure all stakeholders are timely informed.
• Organize and coordinate resources to facilitate project progress according to project plan.
• Identify and foresee potential risk, develop mitigation plan and take action to avoid risk
• Manage and coordinate resource to solve problems timely, escalate when appropriate
• Record and summarize lesson learned during and after project completion, integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
• Daily customer relationship maintenance, answer inquiries and customer visits

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presenting.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
• Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
• Understand current and future business goals.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
