Job Description

Department: Operations GBS

Organization: Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) India

Lead Content & Omnichannel Campaigns for Health care Practitioners with life-changing GLP-1 therapies across global markets. In this role, you'll bridge strategy and execution—driving content innovation from concept to deployment in collaboration with regions and affiliates while shaping how we engage HCPs in the Diabetes and Obesity space.

Your new role

As Associate Project Lead for HCP Content & Campaigns, you'll be at the heart of International Operations FAST's digital transformation, orchestrating end-to-end campaign development that drives measurable impact across the GLP-1 ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of content strategy, technology, and commercial execution—partnering with agencies, markets, and cross-functional teams to deliver promotional assets that resonate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and leading content and campaign creation projects from IO FAST focused towards HCPs in the obesity and diabetes GLP-1 therapy areas
  • Co-leading the process from brief to execution—from content mapping through to development of omnichannel promotional packages with external agencies and pilot markets.
  • Experience in working with AOR (Agency of Records), developing and governing global content standards, frameworks, and best practices across IO-FAST markets, while driving the strategic roadmap for omnichannel campaign evolution.
  • Owning the development of promotional assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR processes, ensuring compliance and quality across all marketing channels
  • Establishing structured metrics for omnichannel promotional assets with focus on continued feedback, iteration, and performance improvement
  • Drive and lead good project planning, timings and deadlines for the process from when receiving a brief together with DK based colleague, to the content mapping on to the content and asset development, submission and MLR in Veeva, creating the launch and localization packages.
  • Analysing current and future scenarios to support data-driven decision-making across campaign strategies, while demonstrating agility in navigating complex project scenarios.

Your new department

Operations GBS unit aligned with International Operations (IO), focused on executional excellence. We drive efficiency across Commercial and Brand Management, Commercial Analytics, Communications, Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment, Medical Affairs, Omnichannel Operations, and Sustainability. Within this unit, the International Marketing & Commercial (IM&C) team supports IO's strategic focus on "speed, simplicity, and frontline execution" to achieve patient reach, sales growth, market share, and innovation goals. Operations GBS is anchored in Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, where we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centres in India and Mexico.

We partner with Consumer Engagement in IO FAST to deliver end-to-end digital and partner programs that drive measurable growth across Novo Nordisk's GLP-1 ecosystem. We unite content, technology, partnerships and data to create consistent, scalable Direct-to-Patient engagement.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an experienced project leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities. You'll need:

  • Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), or Engineering (B.Tech), with a Master's Degree from a well-recognized institute
  • 8+ years of overall experience leading commercial pharma projects or pharma brand management, with demonstrated success in campaign development and execution
  • Strong expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR submission processes, with deep understanding of marketing channels including broadcast email, digital asset production (emails, banner ads, websites, IVAs)
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, ASANA, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Proven experience working with Agencies of Record (AOR) to deliver high-quality creative content and campaigns
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities—able to analyze processes and datasets, synthesize insights, and translate complex topics into simple, executive-level communications
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across Medical, Regulatory, Product Supply, Commercial, and other functional areas
