
This is a "flex" role within NYPA's Customer Project Delivery (CPD)group. This role will report directly to the Director of Engineering & Construction. This role will provide construction resources support to the Customer Project Delivery project management groups. May also support engineering and technical quality assurance / program controls. Solid understanding of construction and engineering of energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainability projects is preferred. Supports project teams in office and field. Coordinates and observes work for general conformance of contract documents. Coordinates and observes the work of construction contractors assigned to perform construction contract administration and oversight work at Customer facilities. May also coordinate engineering and professional services contracts as part of this role. Ensures that quality workmanship and safety is maintained at all times and in accordance with applicable construction procedures, methods, codes and specifications.

The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates’ relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
