Labcorp is seeking a Workfront Administrator II to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore – 560022
Work Schedule - Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Workfront Administration
Analyze and understand problems described in tickets or change requests.
Independently handle Level‑1 and Level‑2 tickets, including ad‑hoc reporting
Configure and maintain Workfront objects: projects, templates, portfolios, custom forms, queue topics, and request flows
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and layout templates
Create, assign, and manage tasks and projects within Workfront
Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and text‑mode filters/views to support team and executive insights
Ensure proper routing and escalation of tickets based on priority and SLA
Perform QC checks on completed tickets to ensure adherence to standards
Document and enforce process guidelines, SOPs, and governance standards
Troubleshoot issues in existing and newly developed applications, facilitating durable solutions
Support Workfront releases by testing and validating new functionality
Develop calculated fields for data capture and automation
Identify and implement automation opportunities within Workfront (Fusion)
Provide onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing users
Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials
Serve as the primary point of contact for Workfront‑related queries and troubleshooting
Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Support the manager in maintaining team metrics in “GREEN” status
Fusion Automation & Integration
Reporting & Analytics
Training & SME Role
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workfront Fusion within the organization.
Train end-users and provide first-line support for automation and reporting issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Technology
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience in Workfront core development
1.5 years of experience in tool support, minor development, modifications, and data management in Adobe Workfront and Oracle
Additional Job Standards
Ability to develop, test, debug, and document solutions
Provide support for developed solutions and ensure SLA adherence
Develop dashboards and reports to track project performance and resource allocation.
Provide actionable insights to improve workload management and operational efficiency.
Ability to independently resolve Level‑1 and Level‑2 tickets
Self‑motivated, creative, and technically astute
Prior exposure to automation opportunities within Workfront
Strong documentation and SOP creation skills
