As a member of the team, you will help manage our direct-to-customer communications through our CRM lifecycle journeys. You will develop strong relationships with marketing strategists, marketing operations, and others to optimize the planning process and build an understanding of the business, our customers, and goals. Your role will include translating strategic intent into cohesive, executable plans. You will present your plans to gain alignment and drive teams towards flawless execution. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing many projects simultaneously and partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders. He/she will be highly organized yet flexible, have a strong attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written. He/she will be comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity and change as we continuously optimize to exceed our customers' expectations and build our future marketing objectives.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
