The Arkansas Center for Women's and Infants Health at UAMS is seeking a strategic Associate Program Manager to support the High Risk Pregnancy Program (HRPP) by leading the development, coordination, and execution of dissemination strategies, funding proposals, and long-term sustainability planning. This role involves translating program outcomes, evaluation findings, and key impact data into compelling communications for federal agencies, foundations, state partners, and institutional stakeholders.
The Associate Program Manager will work closely with program leadership, evaluation teams, finance, and clinical partners to ensure HRPP initiatives are positioned for continued funding, scale, and policy alignment. Success in this role requires strong analytical writing skills, strategic thinking, grant development expertise, and the ability to synthesize complex clinical and evaluation data into clear, fundable narratives.
